Privacy Policy

We collect what running a store and a wiki requires — nothing more — and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect

Account holders: email, display name, and a securely hashed password. Buyers: name, shipping address, phone, and order history. Contributors: your submissions and review history. Standard server logs record request metadata (never message bodies or card numbers).

Payment data

Card payments are processed by our payment gateway (eProcessingNetwork). WarPast does not store card numbers — they pass through to the gateway over an encrypted connection and only the last four digits and an authorization reference are retained with your order.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in, and your cart is stored in your own browser. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Sharing

Order details are shared only as fulfillment requires — with the carrier, and with the supplier when an item ships directly from one of our distribution partners. We do not sell or rent personal information. We will disclose information when required by law.

You can view and edit your account details on your account page. To close your account or request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us.
