Shipping & Returns

Flat-rate shipping, US only, and a fair returns process backed by our dispute policy.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order, free on orders over $99. We ship within the United States only — no international orders at this time. Most items ship within 2-3 business days; you'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

State restrictions

Certain items (body armor, some blade types, and similar) are restricted in specific states. Checkout checks your shipping state automatically: restricted items are blocked or require an acknowledgment before purchase, so an order that completes is one we can lawfully ship to you.

Returns

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement, repair, or refund. Antique originals are otherwise sold as-is; reproductions and new items may be returned unused within 14 days (buyer pays return shipping, original shipping not refunded). Store credit used on a returned order is reinstated for defective or misdescribed items.
